This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the Mobile Applications, Websites, Services, Functionality or Features associated with these Applications (Collectively called “Application/s”) Last Updated: May 2022 A. COLLECTION & USE (I) The information you provide to us: We may collect and/or store some information you make available to us for when you contact us. (II) Information collected automatically by the app: Our streaming app does not collect any information at all. (III) Use of Information Collected: We and/or our service providers may use the information you provided or that is collected through the Application/s: *To provide and improve the Application/s for example by developing new features or products or services *Customise the Application/s for you and improve your experience *To contact you to provide information relating to the Applications/s or related services/products. B. USAGE These Application is safe to be used at all ages. C. SHARING INFORMATION We may share the information you provide or that is collected in some circumstances as follows: (I) Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if: *Required to do so by law or if requested in response to a subpoena or court order or government requests *We believe in our sole discretion that it is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety or others users or third parties or the public at large or to prevent violations of applicable laws or to protect against fraud. If you do not want your information handled as such please do not use the Application/s. E. Security. Although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no practices or security system can guarantee to prevent all possible security breaches. Hence we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit on or through the Application/s. You transfer your information to the Application/s at your own risk. F. Privacy Policy Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify in this location prior to the change becoming effective.
